Upon registration, you'll receive an exclusive access link to join our live-streamed classes on Zoom. Choose whether you'd like to keep your camera on or off, making this a comfortable and inclusive learning environment.

🩰 What You Need:

  • Barre or Equivalent: Utilize a chair back or a high countertop as your makeshift ballet barre to hold onto and enhance your practice.
  • Footwear: Find the right "resistance" based on the type of floor you are dancing on. Opt for non-slip socks on hardwood floors or ballet slippers for your feet if not too slippery. Feel free to go barefoot if preferred.
  • Proper Setup: Position your screen at eye level to maintain a correct upper body posture.
  • Stay Hydrated: Have water or your favorite beverage nearby.
  • Stretch Tools: Grab an elastic band, a long scarf, or something similar for arm stretches.
  • Optional Comfort: A yoga mat for added comfort during floor exercises.
